為提高交易安全及有效驗證客戶身分,自2022年2月23日起,於網路銀行及行動銀行執行「臺幣非約定轉帳服務」或「ATM無卡提款服務」,使用e指通(裝置綁定)安控驗證機制時,須輸入「網路銀行登入密碼」始可完成交易,如您已於第e行動或iLEO APP設定快速登入,則改以約定之快速登入方式取代。
※提醒您:若登入密碼輸入連續錯誤4次(與登入時合併計算),將鎖定網路銀行及行動銀行服務。

To enhance transaction security and identity authentication, from 23 February 2022, when processing the “NTD transfer transaction of non-designated account” or “cardless withdrawal transaction” by verification mechanism of one-touch (device binding) on i-Bank and mobile banking must enter the "Online Banking Login Password" to complete transactions. However, considering the different login ways on mobile banking, if the quick login is used on mobile banking, you may substitute the quick login for entering the online banking login password.
Reminder: The i-Bank and mobile banking service will be suspended if the login password has been wrong reaches 4 times (including login).
