為確保網路銀行交易安全及提供您最佳的瀏覽體驗,本行第e個網、第e金網(含海外分行網路銀行、香港分行無障礙網銀)、第e帳房、第e繳費網、eATM網路理財機、友善金融服務網(上述各項系統以下稱本行系統)將於111年3月17日起停止支援IE 10(含)以下瀏覽器,屆時如使用IE 10(含)以下瀏覽器將可能無法正常開啟本行網站或部分功能無法正常顯示,為避免影響您的使用權益,建議使用Microsoft Edge或其他瀏覽器(Google Chrome、FireFox、Safari等)連線登入使用本行系統。不便之處,敬請見諒。

To ensure the security of online banking transactions and for your best browsing experience, our iBank, e-Banking (including overseas branch e-banking, Hong Kong Branch Accessible Online Banking), e-Pay, i-Pay, eATM services (hereafter referred to as FCB Banking Systems) will end its support of Internet Explorer 10 or below from March 17, 2022. If you continue using any of these web browsers after the date, you may not be able to access our website normally, or some functions cannot be displayed normally. To avoid affecting your rights, we recommend you use Microsoft Edge or other web browsers (such as Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari, etc.) to login FCB Banking Systems. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the transition.
