因應內政部新式外來人口統一證號專案於110年1月2日起實施,如您已換發新式統一證號,請注意下列事項:
  1. 請攜帶原留印鑑、註記有新、舊統一證號之居留證正本或統一證號基資表及護照至本行任一營業單位臨櫃辦理,已申請使用之金融卡及第e個網等自動化設備服務,請一併申請更新。
  2. 您亦可填寫「外來人口存戶更換新式統一證號申請書(郵寄專用)」,檢附載有新式統一證號之居留證影本,郵寄至原開戶行或本行任一營業單位辦理,有關新式統一證號之金融卡、個人網路銀行及行動銀行設定,說明如下:
    • 金融卡:已申請之金融卡皆可繼續使用,無須重新變更及換發。
    • 個人網路銀行:請於收到本行移轉完成之通知郵件及手機簡訊後,30日內以舊式統一證號登入第e個網(網頁版網路銀行)完成啟用,如超過30日未啟用或舊式統一證號有申請帳號授權查詢、e指通(裝置綁定)、實體OTP及電子憑證,請您持新式統一證號居留證及任一帳戶之留存印鑑親自臨櫃重新辦理(實體OTP及電子憑證費用依本行訂定之收費標準計收)。
    • 行動銀行:如舊式統一證號之第e行動已申請外匯申報電子憑證者,經轉換後將自動註銷,存戶需於轉換完成後使用新式統一證號登入第e行動重新申請(費用依本行訂定之收費標準計收)。
  3. 辦理變更後請向與您有入扣帳往來之相關單位,例如發薪公司、證券公司或保險公司…等,同步更新您的統一證號,以利後續順利辦理入扣帳作業。
  4. 提醒您,本年度所得稅結算申報期間將屆,請注意您申報之統一證號與本行留存證號是否相符,以免影響您的權益。
  5. 若您與本行有授信或信用卡業務往來,本行於接獲財團法人金融聯合徵信中心通知後約30日內將主動更新您的統一證號為新式外來人口證號,並以書面、簡訊或電子郵件通知您。提醒您,若您使用他行帳號(含郵局)自動扣繳本行信用卡帳款,請另洽他行(含郵局)更換新式外來人口證號,並重新辦理信用卡自動扣繳事宜,以免扣繳失敗。
  6. 如您就申請變更本行新式統一證號有任何疑問,請洽本行24小時客服專線(02)2181-1111,或各營業單位詢問。

Dear Customer,
In response to the Ministry of the Interior’s new Uniform Identification Number (UI No.) for Foreign Nationals policy, which was implemented on January 2, 2021, those who have already received a new UI No., please note the following:
  1. Please bring the original seal you used for FCB, original resident certificate with both the new and old UI No., or the UI No. personal information form with both the new and old UI No., and your passport, to one of the Bank’s branches in person to update your information. Please also apply to update the information for your ATM card and other automated equipment services, including i-Bank Banking that are currently in use.
  2. Or you can fill the “Foreign Nationals’ Application for Change of New Uniform Identification Number (UI No.)(For mail only)” and mail to the original account-opening branch or any branch of the Bank with the copies of the Resident certificate with the New UI No.. Regarding to ATM card, Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking setting of new UI No., please refer to details below:
    • ATM card: The change of your new UI No. will not affect any use of the ATM card you currently held.
    • Personal internet banking: When you receiving our transfer completed notification mail and SMS, please log in to i-Bank (internet banking) with old UI No. within 30 days to activate your internet banking of new UI No.. Please note that if the activation expires or you have applied for one-touch (device binding), physical OTP and e-certificate with old UI No., you have to bring your resident certificate and the seal of any deposit to the branch for processing. (Fee of physical OTP and e-certificate will be charged according to official charge standard.)
    • Mobile banking: If you have applied for the Electronic certification of foreign exchange declaration with old UI No., it will automatically cancel via transfer. Please log in to mobile banking and re-apply with new UI No. after finish transfer. (Fee will be charged according to official charge standard.)
  3. After completing the update process, please also update your UI No. with the relevant units with which you have debit and credit transactions, such as payroll companies, securities companies, or insurance companies, to facilitate the smooth processing of the subsequent debit and credit operations.
  4. Please be reminded that this year’s income tax settlement and declaration period will begin soon. Please check and confirm whether the UI No. you submitted matches the UI No. saved in the bank’s system to avoid affecting your rights and interests.
  5. If you have loan or credit card business, after we received the notice from Joint Credit Information Center, we will automatically replace your previous UI No. into your new UI No. within the next 30 days and notify you via the mail, SMS or email. Remind you that if you use another bank’s account (including Chunghwa Post Co.) to automatically debit the payment due of First bank credit cards, please contact such bank (including Chunghwa Post Co.) to update your new UI No. and re-apply for automatic debit to avoid failures of payments.
