Thank you for your long-term support for First Commercial Bank (the “Bank”, “we”). Protecting the assets and interests of our customers has always been our top priority. To protect your rights and interests, we strictly prohibit the following improper behaviors conducted by the employees of the Bank:
- 挪用客戶款項或代客戶保管存單、存摺、印鑑、密碼單、金融卡及人壽/產物保險保單等往來資料。
Misappropriation of the customer's money or taking deposit certificates, passbooks, seals, password slips, bank cards, life/property insurance policies, and other correspondence on behalf of customers.
- 保管客戶已蓋妥原留印鑑或已簽章之空白取款憑條、商品申請書或其他交易單據,或擅自以前述文件辦理交易。
Keep blank withdrawal forms, product application forms, or other transaction documents that have been sealed or signed by the customer, or conduct transactions by means of aforementioned documents without authorization.
- 代客戶操作網路銀行、行動銀行、語音銀行及自動櫃員機等自動化通路設備,代客戶辦理轉帳、申購基金、投資商品或提現、申辦貸款、信用卡、網路投保、保險契約變更等交易,及代客戶設定或保管前述自動化通路設備之密碼。
Operate automatic devices such as online banking, mobile banking, phone banking, and ATMs on behalf of customers; transfer funds, apply for the purchase of investment funds, invest in commodities, withdraw cash, or apply for loans, credit cards, online insurance, change of insurance contracts, and other transactions on behalf of customers; and set or keep passwords for the aforementioned automatic devices on behalf of customers.
- 鼓勵或勸誘客戶以融資方式進行金融商品投資,勸誘客戶解除或終止保險契約、定存解約,或以貸款、保險單借款方式繳交保險費,或與客戶約定投資收益分享、承諾分攤損失。
Encourage or induce customers to invest in financial instruments through financing, induce customers to cancel or terminate insurance contracts, terminate time deposits, or use loans or insurance policy loans to pay for premiums, or enter agreements with customers to share investment proceeds or promise to share losses.
- 建議或暗示客戶填寫不實之資料。
Recommend or implicitly suggest the customer to fill out false information.
- 與客戶間有資金往來、借貸行為,或將行員自身或關聯帳戶供客戶交易使用。
Fund transfers or borrowing with the customer or use the employee's personal or affiliated accounts for customer transactions.
- 以個人或第一銀行名義私自架設網站、參加代辦貸款業者建置之網站,或在代辦業者之網站回應民眾金融相關問題。
Set up a private website or one in the name of the Bank without authorization, participate in a website set up by a loan agency, or respond to public finance-related issues on a website of a loan agency.
- 推介、銷售非屬本行核可及主管機關核准、核備或備查之商品、服務及業務;推介、招攬、勸誘境外網路平台業者之個人借貸商品。
Promote and sell goods, services, and businesses not authorized by the Bank and not authorized, approved, or registered by the competent authority. Promote, solicit, or persuade customers to use personal loan products offered by overseas Internet platform operators.
- 私下以個人或第一銀行名義製作或提供各項文書(包括但不限於交易憑證或對帳單)予客戶;以分行、行員或其他與客戶顯無關聯之電話號碼、手機號碼、地址或電子信箱,作為客戶留存之聯絡方式或前述各項文書之寄送地;代為收取客戶約定親領之文件。
Produce or provide instruments (including but not limited to transaction certificates or statements) to customers in private or in the name of the Bank. Use the telephone number, mobile phone number, address or e-mail address of a branch, employee, or other person who is evidently unrelated to the customer as the contact information for the customer or the delivery address for the aforementioned documents. Collect, on behalf of the customer, documents that should be collected personally by the customer.
- 以未經核准之宣傳資料從事廣告、業務招攬及營業促銷活動。
Use unauthorized promotional materials for advertisement, business solicitation, and promotional activities.
- 擅自偽造、變造、修改客戶之申請文件或各項交易所提供之資料,如取款憑條、約定書等,或偽冒客戶/主管/同事之簽章於文件上。
Forgery, alteration, or modification of the customer's application documents or information provided for transactions such as withdrawal forms and agreements, or forging the signature of the customer/supervisor/colleague on the documents.
- 代客戶填寫「客戶風險屬性評估問卷」。
Fill out the "Customer Risk Attribute Assessment Questionnaire" on behalf of the customer.
- 受理代辦貸款案件。
Accept a loan application on behalf of the customer.
- 利用本行之財產、資訊或其職務接受客戶回扣、要求客戶招待、餽贈或接受佣金、酬金及其他不當利益或參與客戶投資。
Use the Bank's property, information, or the employee's position to accept kickbacks from the customer, request entertainment, gifts, or commissions, fees, and other inappropriate benefits from the customer, or participate in the customer's investments.
- 以購買房貸壽險商品作為貸款之搭售條件或於貸款過程中不當勸誘。
Include mortgage life insurance products into a loan package or induce customers in an inappropriate manner during the loan process.
- 以錯價、放佣或其他不當折減保險費之方法為保險業務招攬;推介、銷售非本行代理銷售之保險商品(本行代理之保險商品DM均有標示第一銀行字樣)。
Use erroneous pricing, commission rebates, or other inappropriate methods for reducing insurance premiums to solicit insurance business. Promote and sell insurance products that are not distributed by the Bank (insurance products distributed by the Bank have "First Commercial Bank" specified on all brochures).
- 私自將客戶資料攜出或以任何形式交付予與業務無關之第三人。
Export customer data without authorization or provide them in any form to any third party unrelated to the business transaction.
- 以自己、本行或第三人名義代客戶從事交易。
Conduct transactions on behalf of the customers in the name of the employee, the Bank, or a third party.
- 理財專員代客戶全程辦理臨櫃作業、代客戶收受及領取對帳單、外出收送現金或開戶、外出送交網路銀行密碼函;理財專員擔任客戶帳戶及基本資料、自動化設備申請、變更或掛失等業務之核對印鑑或核對親簽人員;理財專員提供個人電子設備予客戶登入網路銀行或行動銀行。
The relationship manager conducts all over-the-counter operations on behalf of the customer, receives and collects statements on behalf of the customer, leaves the office to collect or deliver cash or open accounts, or leaves the office to deliver password letters for Internet banking. The relationship manager serves as the employee responsible for verifying the seal or personal signature for the customer's account, basic information, automatic equipment application, change or loss application or operation. The relationship manager provides personal electronic devices for customers to access online banking or mobile banking.
- 未經授權代表本行於社交媒體發表有關第一銀行之任何言論(如投資建議等)。
The employee posts any comments about the Bank (e.g., investment advice) on any social media on behalf of the Bank without prior authorization.
提醒您:於本行申購基金及扣繳保險保費皆連動客戶帳戶或以信用卡扣款,無須另填立取款憑條。
Reminder: If you purchase funds or apply for the debit of insurance premiums at the Bank, such transactions are automatically connected to the customer account or credit card for payment, no additional receipt for withdrawal is required.
如您發現本行行員有以上行為,請隨時以客服專線:(02)2181-1111或檢舉信箱:audit@firstbank.com.tw通知本行,經查屬實,本行將依規定懲處涉案行員。為保障您的權益,請勿委託本行行員執行上述禁止之相關行為,以免造成爭議。另建議您定期更新基本資料,以利完整接收本行各項通知,第一銀行在此感謝您的支持與愛護,並祝福您及您的家人健康快樂。
If you discover any employee of the Bank to conduct the aforementioned actions, please call the customer service hotline: (02) 2181-1111 or send an email to the reporting mailbox: audit@firstbank.com.tw to notify the Bank. If your information is verified, the Bank shall punish the bank employee in accordance with regulations. To protect your rights and interests and avoid disputes, please do not request employees of the Bank to perform the aforementioned prohibited actions. Besides, we recommend you to regularly update your basic information for receiving notifications from the Bank normally.
