The Tokyo Branch announced and notified at the end of December 2022 that it would implement the“Automatic Closure of Zero-Balance Dormant Accounts”policy starting January 1, 2023. Due to adjustments to the dormant account maintenance fee, we are providing this additional notification regarding the handling of dormant accounts with balance equivalent to less than JPY 50,000, as outlined in the attached details.

Furthermore, effective January 1, 2025, the Tokyo Branch will begin automatically deducting“Dormant Account Maintenance Fee”from dormant accounts.

※ Dormant accounts are defined as deposit accounts that have had no deposits or withdrawals for over two years since the last transaction, excluding passbook updates, automatic interest payments, or fee deductions.

 

2022年12月末にお知らせいたしました通り、当支店は、2023年1月1日から「残高のない未利用口座※の自動解約」の取扱いを開始しておりますが、今般、未利用口座管理手数料を改定いたします。また、この改定内容に併せて、再度、未利用口座に関するお取り扱いを添付資料のとおりお知らせいた

します。なお、2025年1月1日以降、残高5万円（相当）以下の未利用口座※について、未利用口座管理手数料を引き落とさせていただきます。

※最後のお預かり入れ又はお引出しから2年以上一度も入出金が無い預金口座（通帳記帳、利息付与、手数料の引き落としは除く）を未利用口座として取り扱いいたします。
