Apple Pay is easy and works with the Apple devices you use every day. You can make secure purchases in stores, in apps, and on the web. And you can send and receive money from friends and family right in Messages. Apple Pay is even simpler than using your physical card, and safer too.
How to Set up Apple Pay on your iPhone
- Go to Wallet and tap the add button「+」.
- Follow the steps to add a new card. Watch the demo to see how it works. If you're asked to add the card that you use with iTunes, cards on other devices, or cards that you’ve recently removed, choose them, then enter the card security codes. You might be required to download an app from your bank or card issuer to add a card to Wallet.
- Tap Next. Your bank or card issuer will verify your information and decide if you can use your card with Apple Pay. If your bank or issuer needs more information to verify your card, they'll ask you for it. When you have the information, go back to Wallet and tap your card.
- After your bank or issuer verifies your card, tap Next. Then start using Apple Pay.

Google Pay is a digital wallet platform developed by Google. Google Pay uses near field communication (NFC) to transmit card information. In 2017, First Commercial Bank was the first Taiwanese State-owned bank that was authorized to use Google Pay.
How To Pay by Google Pay
- If you see these signs, you can use the Google Pay.
- You can start using Google Pay. When you want to pay, please unlock the phone and tap your phone on the sensor area of the card reader.
- Transaction completed.
How to Download and Install
- The version of Mobile Phones should be above Android 5.0
- Users should have VISA or MasterCard.
- Download Google Pay APP from Google Play Store.

Host Card Emulation (HCE) is a new technology that permits a phone to perform card emulation on an Near Field Communication (NFC)-enabled device without relying on access to a secure element. Physical credit cards can be uploaded on certain kinds of mobile phones. Mobile phones become credit cards which makes payment more convenient!

- Only primary card holders can apply for HCE.

Criteria and Required Documents for Application
The following documents should be prepared for application. First Commercial Bank reserves the right of approving or rejecting the application. Once the application form is submitted, the form will not be returned to the applicant.
Required supporting documents are as follows:
- Valid Passport(page with personal photo)
- Income Proof(Foreign Income Proof is not acceptable.)
- Current Deposit
- Fixed Deposit
- Amount of income over the last three months
- Alien Resident Certificate (Required to update your ARC to FCB during the validity period of credit card)
- Credit Card Application Form
- Primary Credit Card Applicants should be at least 20 years old.
