Guam Branch was established on 1/3/1977, the first overseas branch of FCB and remains the only Taiwanese bank on the island. when opening account (s)

*Saving Account:
1. Currency: USD
2. Minimum balance requirement: USD500
3. Account interest is distributed on a quaterly basis. If the A/C becomes inactive, interest may not be accrued.
4. Failure to meet the minmun balance requirement may casue the branch to collect the maintance fee of $15 quarterly until the A/C balance is reduced to zero and the A/C may be subjected to close.

*Checking Account:

*Time Deposit:

2. Period: At least 1 month and not over 1 year

8. Picture I.D. of board of Directors, main shareholders, and authorized signer such as passports.

1) By driving. From the airport, head down to Tiyan Parkway road and turn left to South Marine Corps Drive in the intersection. Head towards south passing the Bank Pacific intersection. First Commercial Bank building will be the left hand side.
2) By taking taxi, all taxis have regulated meters, standard flag rate is $2.4 initially, $4.0 for the first mile and $0.80 every 0.25 mile thereafter. Typical taxi fare from airport to Tamuning is about $25.0
